I am new to blogspot. I was trying to edit my last post, and I couldn't get it to do what I wanted so I will add something here. Instead of saying I "lost"weight, I want to say I released that weight. Thin Within encourages this because when you lose something it is like you are indicating that you want to find it again.
Also, I want to make sure everyone knows that I give all glory and praise to God for His overcoming power. There was nothing about me in this at all. I could not have done this without Him.
